Guang Miao
These are photos from a weekend festival that happens every twelve years in the town of Guang Miao (Tainan county). Many lesser gods, spirits, and other worshipped figures parade in front of the town's most popular God.
During lunch time, all homes and shops lay out tables on the streets and will serve food for free to any person who wants. The more guests you have, the more luck and prosperity you will have for the following year.
