Spanish dancing in Tainan..... Never!

As if the Spanish Toys exhibition visiting Tainan wasn't strange enough, I now found myself watching Flamenco performed by Taiwanese street performers at the entrance of the Mitsukoshi department store!
I have been in Tainan for 10 months now, and this is my second ever trip to the Mitsukoshi department store, so for them to only perform on the day I turn up is a fluke.
The ladies are from Taichung and are trying to promote European culture in Taiwan.
