Lanyu - Last day

The last day on the island was fantastic, as most of the sites had been seen, we spent what time we had left relaxing at a coffee shop, going for a walk and taking photos.

Having fun by the sea

Fishing boats

Flying fish is one of the local delicacies, along with dried fish.

Another crater, a lot smaller, but much nicer.

When queuing for the ferry, there was no line, everybody was spread out. Once the boat came in sight, everybody bunched together trying to guess where the boat would stop. Elsie and Noria were the lucky ones who correctly guessed where the plank to get on the boat would be placed. These girls endured all the pushing and shoving from the crowd, they held hands so that no one could push in front and thanks to their efforts we got the best seats on the boat! So this is their victory photo!

Group shots of us on the ferry going back home
